Weight Loss Journey Update

I am currently down 15 lbs since I started my weight loss journey from 230 lbs. I am going even harder. I cannot continue to slack. I have became addicted to these fruit smoothies packs from the dollar tree. YES! THE DOLLAR TREE! This is a find in the grocery store that would average $3-$4. Starting today I will focus on 1hr of cardio / 5 days a week.

Weigh in May 6th

So for my weigh bin from last week. I lost for the week. I was so happy. Got more motivation for going 2 the gym. I think imma also get that brazialian butt lift dvd pack or the hip hip abs by shawn t. Looks fun. Well, 2 day is Mother’s Day! Happy Mother’s Day 2 all the mothers. I understand 100% with 2 kids myself. We ended up going to a buffet but I believe I did pretty good. Well this is a short post.


April29th weigh in

So I didnt loose any weight this week but I finally learned how to use my new heart rate monitor. It was fun keeping up with my heartrate, fat grams, and calories burned during my workout. I will continue 2 go 2 gym 3-4times a week and home workout 1-2 times per week. No more cheat days and imma stop weighing myself daily. Well thats all I got for u this week. Hopefully I will b lower in lbs this coming up week.


Weigh in…..kinda slacked

So my weigh in day was yesterday. I lost about a pound since last Tuesday (April 8th). But the reason why I am disappointed in myself is because I got all the way down to 191 and ended up gaining a whole lot over the weekend. You see how that one cheat day can get you off. Its not like I was eating everything in sight. So Ive made my mind up. I will not have anymore cheat days, just maybe a cheat meal. Glad to be back on track. …….. I started this befit 30 day bootcamp series and let me tell you,  Its a very good workout. I will still be going to the gym once or twice week and also walking during my breaks at work. I definatly need to build my upper body strength. I cant get past one pushup. If anyone could let me know what I can be doing (at home or in the gym) to build that strength, that would be very helpful. I will have below my favorite workout channels on youtube.
