I am currently down 15 lbs since I started my weight loss journey from 230 lbs. I am going even harder. I cannot continue to slack. I have became addicted to these fruit smoothies packs from the dollar tree. YES! THE DOLLAR TREE! This is a find in the grocery store that would average $3-$4. Starting today I will focus on 1hr of cardio / 5 days a week.
So I fell off very bad last year gaining over 50 pound last year. I reaches my heaviest at 230 Nov 2015 and that was then I was determined that I want to loose 80lbs by the end of 2016. Since then I have purchased a fitbit and joined a challenge for self motivation. So far I have lost 7 lbs so I have 73 more pounds to loose by January 3rd 2017.
I have see the change in just those 24 days and will continue to work on my ultimate goal!

So my weigh in today. Finally got under the 180s and I’m very excited about that. Finally got my hip hop abs in the mail yesterday, so I will be doing that 6 days a week along with gym time 2-3days a week and this is not including my 30 min walk at work 5 days a week. Gotta increase my water also. I’m feeling very good and I am slowly seeing progress.
