So I didnt loose any weight this week but I finally learned how to use my new heart rate monitor. It was fun keeping up with my heartrate, fat grams, and calories burned during my workout. I will continue 2 go 2 gym 3-4times a week and home workout 1-2 times per week. No more cheat days and imma stop weighing myself daily. Well thats all I got for u this week. Hopefully I will b lower in lbs this coming up week.
