Weigh In May 27th

Since my last post Ive lost a few more pounds. Im very happy and feeling more energized. I completed day 9 yesterday for the 60 day hip hop abs regimen and I love it. Shawn T knows how to get you in shape. I am having a lot of fun and cant wait to see my results in a little less than 2 months. Im also gonna change you my meals anding my nutriblast back along with other meal replacement drinks. My overall weight loss goal is to get down to about 145 and to be toned. My monthly goal is to loss at least 10 lbs. My weekly goal is to loss 2-5 lbs know I can do this. I have not been to the gym in a couple of weeks, which I miss alot. The days where my hip hop abs workouts are only 30 mins are the days I will hit the gym up. Im loving this lifestyle change and I would not change it.  I eventually want to start T25 or Insanity workouts once I get into the 160s. Right now Im and still trying to condition my body from having my son 9 months ago. But imma keep pushing and get this weight down.

Weigh in may 20th

So my weigh in today. Finally got under the 180s and I’m very excited about that. Finally got my hip hop abs in the mail yesterday, so I will be doing that 6 days a week along with gym time 2-3days a week and this is not including my 30 min walk at work 5 days a week. Gotta increase my water also. I’m feeling very good and I am slowly seeing progress.

So for my weigh bin from last week. I lost for the week. I was so happy. Got more motivation for going 2 the gym. I think imma also get that brazialian butt lift dvd pack or the hip hip abs by shawn t. Looks fun. Well, 2 day is Mother’s Day! Happy Mother’s Day 2 all the mothers. I understand 100% with 2 kids myself. We ended up going to a buffet but I believe I did pretty good. Well this is a short post.


April29th weigh in

So I didnt loose any weight this week but I finally learned how to use my new heart rate monitor. It was fun keeping up with my heartrate, fat grams, and calories burned during my workout. I will continue 2 go 2 gym 3-4times a week and home workout 1-2 times per week. No more cheat days and imma stop weighing myself daily. Well thats all I got for u this week. Hopefully I will b lower in lbs this coming up week.
